Ginger tea for the winter blues

A friend of mine shared this recipe with me.

Fresh Ginger Tea
a thumb size piece of fresh Gingerhalf of an organic Lemon
Table spoon of local Honey
8 ounces of boiling water

Cut the ginger into small slices and place in mug.
Pour hot water in.
Add the Honey and stir well until dissolved.Squeeze the lemon half into the water.

I am really enjoying the flavor and the taste!
